GaonSphere wasn't designed from the outside looking in. It was built by someone who worked the files — first as a representative, then as a case manager, and finally as the builder of the system a firm actually needs.
That path is the product. Every decision in the suite comes from having sat in the seat: what a client needs to see, what a paralegal needs to prepare, what an attorney needs to sign, and what a firm can never afford to hand to someone else's cloud.
The result is an operating system that treats the firm's data as the firm's own — because the person who built it knows exactly what it costs to lose control of it.
Efficiency tools help a firm do the same work with fewer people. That's not the point. The sovereign core lets a firm take on more matters, more complexity, and more risk — without giving up control of its own data or the quality of what it sends. It raises the ceiling on what the practice can hold, not just the speed at which it clears the floor.
Most "private" legal AI still means your data sits in someone else's cloud, governed by a contract you can lose. GaonSphere inverts that: the firm owns the machine the work runs on.
It lives on your server
Case data resides only on the firm's own server — an appliance the firm owns and holds. Nothing routes through a Gaon cloud, because there isn't one.
You keep the hardware and the data
On termination, the firm keeps the appliance and everything on it. Gaon ends only the processing and service access — never custody of your matters.
Incumbents can't follow
A cloud business is built on holding your data. It cannot hand you the box and walk away without unwinding its own model. Sovereignty is structural, not a setting.
The work stays inside the firm, on the firm's own server — never in our cloud. That is what a cloud incumbent structurally cannot copy, and it is the whole company.
